2. Mental Maintenance

“We notice we need a nap when we haven’t gotten enough sleep . We notice when we need to increase our water intake or eat a little healthier based on how our body is feeling physically.

It’s equally as important to take good care of your mind , if not more important (since we know mental health correlates to physical health ie: stress eating bc we’re *feeling* overwhelmed)!

It can be a little more difficult to recognize when mental health support and maintenance is needed… But you don’t (or at least shouldn’t ) wait to start watering and fertilizing a plant until you see that it’s dying!”
