Frequently Asked Questions

  • Online! I am licensed to work with residents of Kentucky, Tennessee, and Florida.

  • After we get you situated with all of the New Client paperwork, I will send you a HIPAA-compliant private PsychologyToday link to join our first session.

  • I do not currently offer in-person sessions and I always recommend a client not count out online therapy before they try it. I am clearly a firm believer in the wonders it can do and would love to tell you more about the benefits of online therapy during your free consult!

  • At this time (09/01/22), the
-Initial Intake Evaluation (75-90 minutes) fee is $200, while all
-Subsequent sessions (50 minutes) are $150.

I accept most major credit and debit cards, HSA/ FSA accounts, and have a Business Venmo.

Questions? Please schedule a free consultation so that we can discuss!

  • I am in-network for Aetna (TN, KY), BCBS (TN) & Cigna (TN, KY), and can provide a superbill for out-of-network clients to help with reimbursement. Please schedule a free consult and I will provide further detail on this as needed!

  • During your first session, I will go over rules, terms, confidentiality and any questions you may have. I will then spend time getting to know you, what brings you to therapy and where you aspire to be mentally.

Together, we will collaborate on some goals that will help me know how to tailor treatment specifically to you, which will help me guide you through whatever brought you here.

The first session can sometimes feel very quick and all over the place however it truly lays the foundation for more focused and slower paced subsequent sessions.

  • This differs for everyone. Therapy is typically designed to be relatively short term so that you can build skills to apply to whatever life throws at you.

However, some people like maintenance and continual support. There is no set rule or timeframe.

You and I will check in periodically to discuss what is right for you!
