There are things in life that fill your cup and then there are things that drain it. What we once considered cheerful giving might turn into resentment if our own needs go unmet.

Becoming aware of which activities, people, etc. drain or energize you can help you create boundaries and know how to prioritize in a world where we simply cannot do everything for/ with everyone. It’s important to realize that hobbies, activities, people that used to fill your cup may not anymore.
