35. How long should I attend therapy?

Did you know therapy is typically designed to be relatively short term? Your goals will include learning how to decrease and manage the symptoms that influenced you to seek services in the first place. The more you learn, *and apply*, what you learn in therapy, the better you should become at navigating whatever life throws at you!

We don’t expect life to get easier or to throw us less curve balls. Therapy just helps you get better at managing all those things. You can always reach back out to your therapist if you need more support after termination!
